I can not open Web Configuration Web found. Waiting reply

I have installed 3cx, when I try to open Web Configuration on same machine I receive this notice Web found. Waiting reply and it never arrive to show web page for configuration. I nope you can help me.

Please check:
- All 3CX services started or not
- The browser's Proxy setting enable or not

If possible, try opening directly on 3CX Server in a browser first. If it works fine there then services are OK and issue may be firewall on machine or similar.

also check you dont have two webservers running on the same ports..
