I cannot install 3cx after crashed deinstall.

I had a crashed deinstallation of v 3. (i deinstalled services manually). If I install v.5 the installation says 3cx phone system Database Server is stopped. Perform clean installtion? – But I think I have no service running with database server. After I continue I cannot create a user. And if I have no user I cannot continue. A deadlock
