I can't activate

I have been facing this problem for 2 days, I have tried reinstalling too. It fails to activate and the activity log says "Load license has failed, error: 5"

What is the version of the Phone System that you are unable to activate?

Just installed it yesterday, should be latest. It says "18.0 Update 3 (Build 450)" on home page.

The latest supported version is V18 Update 5(18.0.5.418).
How did you install the Phone System?

Did you download the latest 3CX ISO or Windows installer from our website?
