I can't hear the caller

I upgrade the 3cx to V10 and now when I receive a call I can hear but the other side can't hear me. Anyone can help please - I have try all ( open ports in the router, disable the firewall and so on)

I'm assuming that you are talking about an external call. What type of trunk is it, Gateway or VoIP?

Yes is a External Call. And comes through a VOIP ISP

Ok RTP Audio is being forwarded ok, however port 5060 is not, and this port is used for the SIP Headers and tells the phone and 3cx where to send RTP audio, so I think we need to get this fixed and see if that sort out your issues. Can you confirm that on your router that port 5060 is setup for port forwarding for TCP & UDP?

Yes in the router I have the port 5060 open in/out the same

could you see if your router has a DMZ mode? if so set the IP of this option to that of the 3CX PC / Server.
