I don't want voicemail disabled message

I saw a thread talking about this and i tried chaging the system prompt for VMLDSBL as recomended. it seem to have uploaded ok but the old message is still there.

is there anthing else i can try.

this customer has a mixture of VM enabled and disabled and if they are on the phone they would like a busy tone.

Hi @jbardon you would need to create a custom prompt for that, in this document is described how to proceed with that

Then set the custom promptset as default in the system, in that way if a call is forwarded to a VM and that user has disabled such feature then your custom prompt is used.

You will need to replace the audio files with another using the same name and format.

Once done, I would suggest to restart the pbx services and give it a try.

Note: please do not use special characters for the promptset.
