I got a new phone and it says incompatible with 3cx Android

Hi Experts,

I recently trying to set up 3CX on a new android phone. It is said 3cx android is not compatible with it. Any Idea why?

I can't find 3cx from the google play store, and if I try to install it through web-play-store, it shows this phone is not compatible.

If the mobile device does not have google services, it will not work.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Which service are you referring to? it has google play, youtube, Gmail, it seems like a normal phone.

Is there any way for me to check whether google services are available?

Hi @PatrickS,

What I meant by my response was, if the device is not shipped from the factory with Google Services installed, it's not supported by 3CX.

In this article, it mentions: "Due to the ongoing restrictions imposed by the US government, Huawei's phones can't use any Google services, including Gmail, Maps and Chrome and, most importantly of all, the Google Play store."

Thank you for your detailed explanation. It might be the issue, even though the phone has google play store. I'll check it out with the phone owner to see if that's the issue.
