I have a Third Party Call center connected via SIP trunk

Need to make an outbound calls from 3CX App or any users under 3cx, but that calls must go to my Call Center instead of SIP trunk connected in 3CX,
i have two SIP Trunks
1st to service provider's SIP trunk
2nd to Call Center.

First 3cx App's call shoud go to 2nd SIP turnk to clal center and call center application will forward the digits back to 3cx, then this call should dial out from first SIP trunk (service provider) in this example,
in my 3cx, i dont see any destination option availble to bridge the calls to external Route but i have CFD and ring group extension etc, but i dont have any option to trunk to trunk connectipon

How can i reroute an incoming call from one sip trunk to another sip trunk to make an outgoing call, the second Sip trunk is connected the actual Service provider

You will need to use outbound rules to select the SIP Trunk. So when your agents dial, you send these calls to your 2nd trunk to your Call Center. Then, you will send these calls back to 3CX, so 3CX will receive them as inbound calls from a SIP Trunk. You need to route these calls to a CFD app, which will transfer them to the external number, using a prefix for example to select a different trunk (1st trunk).

so CFD is the option, i just need to confirm
Do we have any document for CFD? i havent done this before
