Solved i just tested 3cx and Goip got error. please help

I don't know the Main Trunk No? Where do I see it in Goip?

If I'm not mistaken, the Main Trunk number is simply a reference, to keep track of the PSTN, or in your case, the GSM phone number.
The information below that is what tells 3CX where to route the calls.

There is no need to X out the IP as it it not your public IP, and therefor not a security issue.

Does the gateway show as registered, in 3CX, before a call attempt is made? What make/model gateway is this?

thanks a lot, i fixed the problem already, it was due to a setting on goip,
However, now I have a problem that I can only make 1 call at a time, is it because my Goip only supports 1 Sim so that's it?

Is that an actual question, or a statement of surprise? One SIM, one call, just like one PSTN line, one call. There are several GSM gateways that support multiple SIMs, or you could add a second gateway, of the same model.

My goip has only one sim port. is there a way to make multiple outbound calls concurrently?

There is no "trick" to make this work.
Can you make multiple, simultaneous calls, with a single SIM mobile phone? No, same with a single SIM gateway. Sorry, you'll have to add another gateway to allow an additional call.
