Had a paid hosted instance running for the better part of a year without issue. Today, I needed to modify the details of an extension. Going to the portal, I see the system is missing. Going to the FQDN gives a DNS failure. I grab a phone, and outbound calling still works as expected. I grab my cell, and inbound calling still works as expected providing me with the IVR prompt and subsequent connection to the now ringing deskphone in front of me. So the SBC is still funneling the phones to the cloud like its supposed to. I would think if it was up for renewal, the system would stop functioning. I've gone through my email and I have not received any messages about anything changing, so I'm more confused than anything.

Where is the instance? Is it gone? Can I get it back?

Hello,

If the instance was via a partner, reach out to them so they can raise it. If you were direct you can raise an issue with Customer Service on https://www.3cx.com/contact/ or open a ticket from within your portal account.

From the portal says I have 0 tickets available so cannot move that way.
From the contact page requires a license number to proceed, which I do not have because the instance is missing from my portal.

You do not have it because you lost it, not because "its missing from the portal". Your portal account is a new SMB account. You might have another phone system from another provider but if you have purchased a key from 3CX surely you have a record of this purchase and of the key that was then sent to you.

There is no record of your church in our license key database. You can use this SMB account to create a free instance for up to 10 extensions. Be sure to login every 90 days using either an app or the webclient to keep the account active.
