I need advice on transferring calls to secretaries from the board

Good afternoon

The situation is as follows:
There are two secretaries.
There are ten people on the board.
After three rings or when DND status is active, calls from the board are forwarded to the secretaries.
The problem is that the secretaries can see who is calling, but they cannot see to whom from the board call was originally directed.

I would be very grateful for your advice.

if each indivudal board member has a DDI, send to Queue/ RG , then set the destination if no answer to forward to another queue with the secretaries in. Have this queue named as the name of the board member then this will display the queue name when the secretaries are called
