I would like to change The prompts

Hey hello i would like to change the standar english promt set...

i mean i want that when is transfering the call say in "Spanish" not in english, is that possible??

for example you cal and say " Presione 1, presione 2, Etc..." so say "your call is being transfer" i would like "su llamada esta siendo transferida" i mean in spanish?

How can i change thats file?? where is saved?

This is very simple, 3CX is great.
You can find it on the left menu - general settings - system prompts. You have to make a copy of standard prompts then you can change all of the prompts. Otherwise 3CX has spanish prompts on list.

In general on system prompts page, you can click on "check for more prompts". Anyway the path of prompts is \3CX PhoneSystem\Data\Ivr\Prompts\Sets\. I have 3.1.2434.0 clear install.
