If Call Parking feature work for Free edition?

Hi;

I was testing the Call Parking feature few months ago while it was free trial for Professional edition, during the trial period; I can use the *00 and *10 "Call Parking" feature to pick up the parked call from any other phone but when I do test today (my free trial expired in early April), it does not work, here is the steps and result I tested today.

1) From desk phone ext 123 call another desk phone ext 456
2) Answer the call at ext 456 desk phone
3) Dial *00 to park the call to Orbit "0".
4) From another desk phone ext 789, dial *10456 to pick the parked call initiated at ext 456.
5) Got the line not found something like that on phone ext 789.

If any experts can tell if something wrong with my setup, or the Call Parking feature not work on Free Edition?

Did call pickup ever work on that phone? Is it a supported phone provisioned using the 3CX template? Honestly I've never messed with the parking orbits because shared parking is so much easier.

If the Shared Parking only work on the 3CX supported template? I have some legacy Yealink phone which is not in the 3CX supported phone list but work with 3CX.

Shared Parking has worked on Yealink phones for a long time - so you should be able to program it, albeit manually, on these devices.

Also, AFAIK, Orbit Unpark is simply *1x where the x is the park position from *0x.

thank you. I need do some more test. Because I have different model of Yealink, some is in the supported list, some is not.
