If we update to “New 20.0 Final,” can we still deploy with v18 Desktop App Version:18.13.959 to continue using Hotkeys functionality?

We have noticed that the Hotkeys feature is not currently available in the latest update. We have two queries regarding this:

1. When exactly will the Hotkeys feature return in the next release of v20.0?​

2. Is it possible to continue using v18 after the upgrade?​
