If you reject a phone - where is the rejection list kept?

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows the answer to this. Say you plug in a bunch of upnp handsets they all appear under 'Phones' in bold as you'd expect ready for provisioning then you click one and hit the reject button.

Where does 3CX store this list of rejected phones? Does it every get reset? How can I make the rejected phone show again?

Rejected calls should be listed as received with zero duration.

Hi Martin,

Good to see you again. When the phone gets rejected from the PNP process all you need to do is reset the phone (unplug it and plug it back in) and it should show up.

Hey Nate,
Thanks buddy. That's what I thought but unplugging and replugging the handset (Yealink T22P POE) didn't do it, and a factory reset on the handset Didn't help either.

However if I plug a new handset into the same switch it pops up fine... even tried a reboot of the 3CX box.

Very strange. So there isn't a session based list of 'rejected handsets' anywhere?

Yeah it is a fight, it goes through stages some days are better than others.

As far as I am aware of there is not a list. When I do this what I do is unplug the phones, reset the services and plug them back in and for me that has worked. Give that a shot and let me know.

Sussed it. All my own fault. Haven't spotted the box I was installing on had a multihomed nic. Removed the 2nd (temp) IP and its all come right.
