I'm not getting a notice update to version 18 from a professional annual 16.0.16

I'm trying to update our 3cx system with a professional annual 16.0.16 license to the version 18, but I'm not getting any notice of it needing an update saying it is already up to date.

If your PBX is on Windows you will need to backup and uninstall, then install v18.
If your PBX is on linux, please provide the exact build number.

As above you are probably running windows version, make sure your operating system is supported https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/phone-system-installation-windows/
