Import CRM contacts / trigger lookup

Probably a feature request, but it would be helpful to be able to import CRM contacts, to avoid duplicates and have better phone displays. Perhaps via:

- Add contact_id and/or contact_url columns to CSV import?
- Add numbers in bulk to trigger CRM lookup?
- CRM bulk lookup (load all contacts instead of 1)
