i have about 130 user install to import. WHat is order of files to import? Extensions, DID, etc?
 
Trunks and Extensions first, then inbound rules.

thx. If i dont have all my DID ported over can i go ahead and import them and they start working once port is complete?

Yup, just make sure to follow the right number format for your provider.

Via the inbound rules, when you import them it creates the DIDs in the trunk.

So create one (to know the trunk number/port) and then export that. Open it in Excel or Notepad and add your desired values.

Then reimport.
 
i got the imports to go in fine - HOWEVER there are some options that i need to tweak. is there anyway to import the csv file retaining structure with only the extension and VMEmailOption data. OR do I need to export ALL, change that field for ALL then re import?

You cannot export and reimport like that.

However, you can bulk edit by selecting multiple extensions and clicking Edit.
