Import WebClient Contacts

Good Day All,

I know in the 3CX Sofphone you can import/sync contacts with office 365 account and also integrate with Outlook local install.

However, I can't find a way to import contacts with the Webclient. If I am only using the Webcclient, how do I access my outlook/office 365 contacts?

Hello @AlexanderHanna

Please note that this feature is currently not available through the web client. You will need to use the 3CX client for windows in order to be able to sync your office 365 contacts.

Thank you Yiannish. That was my thinking but needed to confirm.

Then as I see it, providing webclient only to users that depend on external contacts is not a good option.

Users that need contacts not present in the 3CX management console and they need to use the office 365 sync need to use the 3CX client. You can run them and use the web client to control the windows client for calls
