Hello, whenever I'm importing CIDs from excel sheet, the (inoffice_dest_type) is 5 which means it will connect the caller to the digital receptionist with 02 extension but when the import is done the inoffice_dest_type reflects as (END CALL). Any help?
You want the rule to transfer to DR '02' but there it says '2'. When you import it, it doesn't find an extension '2' so defaults to settings to "End Call".
Edit the file with a Text Editor (Notepad or Notepad++) and double-check.
