Improve quality of 3cx Windows?

Hi there,

On my handset phone I seem to have a lot better quality. Other people's voices seem a lot more clear/high quality.

Techs have told me that HD voice is on, so I'm not sure if there is anything else that can be tried?

I'm using a Voyager Focus UC headset and there's an option for "HD Voice", so I'm not sure if this helps. And of course I turned it on.

That's not only improvement needed. I believe this would be also useful for Surface users which currently can't receive calls while tablet is in low power state.
