3cx hosted transcription abruptly stopped working

Is there a known Issue? It stopped working today abruptly. Thanks!

Hi!

Please note that the 3CX Transcription (Cloud) is just for Voicemails, for call transcriptions you need to use one of the services below:

• Grok
• Open AI
• Google
• 3CX AI server.

Please let us know if you refer to the Voicemail service.

Please share us a screenshot of the transcription service used. Go to the integrations menu and click on Transcription.

Ok, that will transcribe just Voicemails, not calls.

For call transcription you need to use one of the services mentioned on my previous reply.

Any idea why this abruptly stopped today? It has been working for calls without issue
