In call reports, the outgoing calls does not show names of external contacts although they are in the 3cx address book.

In call reports, the incoming call show the number of the caller and the names associated in the address book, but the outgoing calls does not show names of external contacts although they are in the 3cx address book.

I have literally copied this line from a post from 2016. At that stage the answer was not definite.
Does anyone know if this matter has now been fixed?
