In Live Chat code snippet, unable to update logo properly.

Is anyone able to advise me on getting my Live Chat logo updated properly? After a couple years of having my logo a little cutoff in Live Chat, I finally decided to take a look at fixing it today.

A couple years ago when I first noticed my squared up logo with flat horizontal text was a little cut off on the corners by the round avatar window in Live Chat, I created a rounder version with arced text to fit the round avatar window, and updated my account in the web client. I couldn't get it to update on Live Chat, but when I viewed my account in the the web client, it is updated to the arced text ever since a couple years ago. Today I was trying to figure it out.

The sequence of screen grabs are labelled in order of my experiment, so they occur from "00..." to "11..." as the filenames indicate. Moments ago I copied fresh code snippet from web client and inserted it into my URL home page. At first I was using only one or the other snippet, first to try the constant update single line snippet, and then also the version I've had a couple years where I use the longer snippet with all the parameters. When I tried the single line snippet for constant updating, I got no Live Chat icon to appear. I wondered if it was propagation issue and cleared brower cache and so forth, but got nothing. I accidentally left both snippets active once, and discovered I get two Live Chat icons. One with the correct logo with arced text, and the other with the flat horizontal text with cut off corners.

I am unable to understand what I'd have to do to get one Live Chat icon with my arced text. I hope to use the long snippet in order to not have things altered on my URL over time. But whatever works.
