I seem to be having some trouble with our phones and 3cx. We are using Yealink T23G's. If we try to make a call it can take about 10 to 20 seconds for the call to initialise with the 3cx server and when calls come in the same thing happens they hit the server, but then there is a delay of about 5-10 seconds or so before the phones start ringing. When incoming calls come into the phone system the 3CX app on my mobile rings straight away, but if I try answer it nothing happens until the T23G's start rising.
Other than that audio is fine both ways. We used to have the phones running over secure VPN between out office and the data centre where our 3cx server is working and this was not an issue then, but we had some issues with the VPN dropping off and this would cause call drop outs so we decided to try remote provisioning.
If anyone has any thoughts on this that would be greatly appreciated.
