Hello, all my customers on my contact list are registered. I would like to transfer a specific customer group (for example company information XXX co.) To a specific queue. If he doesn't get the answer from this queue, he should go back to the main queue. Can I do that?

If you want certain numbers to go to other destination beside the default , Under Inbound Rules you need to configure CID rule to route to the specific queue

How do I direct customer orientation?

Ex.

Customer Company Phone
Adam - AAA co. - 5075555555 / Fwrd-> Main queue
Mike - AAA co. - 5075554444/ Fwrd-> Main queue
Robert - BBB co. - 5075553333/ Fwrd-> Second queue -> Not Answ. -> Main queue
William - CCC co. - 5075552222/ Fwrd-> Third queue -> Not Answ. -> Main queue

As above you need to setup Caller ID inbound rules - https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/inbound-did-call-routing/

For example - Caller ID 5075553333 route calls to Second Queue. Second Queue 'Destination if no answer' to Main queue number

You have to do this for every client that you need to route from the standard routing setup on the trunk / sip

Very nice. But for the second queue we have 300+ customer, the third queue for 500+ customer. I need to create 20 queues. Can I do this automatically from the customer list? I have 8,000 customers in total.
I hope I can tell.

We have a solution for this.

You can not do this from the customer list,

If you have Pro or Enterprise version you could use CFD - create an application that looks at the incoming number , queries a database and routes calls accordingly

https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/call-flow-designer-manual/

Another solution from Voiptools - Call Router https://www.voiptools.com/product/3cx-call-router/

Yes I use the pro version. I wanted to solve it more easily instead of CFD. I need to learn CFD. I made a database query with CRM integration for contacts.

Very nice. But I'm already paying a very expensive for 3CX. I have no extra budget for that.

Is there someone who can help me about CFDs? It's very simple, but I can't figure it out.
