Hi, I'm new with 3CX. I have 3CX system on cloud hosting.
I try connect with my Yeastar TG 1600 gateway.
Outbound call from 3CX by Yeastar works fine.
I Have problem with incoming call from Yeastar to 3CX.

I try settings all with official Solution from Yeastar: https://support.yeastar.com/hc/en-u...How-to-Connect-Yeastar-TG-VoIP-Gateway-to-3CX
In solution has info about create sip trunk in 3cx as: Path: SIP Trunks> Add SIP Trunk and it no actual with current 3cx system.
I create with: Sip Trunks -> Add Gateway -> Select brand: Generic.

I set Gateway as DMZ in main router. Ports 5060, and 10000-11000 was forwarded to Gateway IP.

I attach debug log from Yeastar.

Hi @Edzima

If you are using Hosted via 3CX then the generic template is not available for use. The Yeastar guide is a bit old but the instructions should apply to V18 more or less. Having said that please note that this is not a 3CX supported device so any configuration will have to be manual.
I'd recommend using a 3CX supported provider or gateway to avoid all the guess work and be supported.

I understand that if I host 3CX on my own server, the connection to Yeastar will work properly?

I need to build a program that will use yeastar to call external numbers and if the call is answered I need to redirect it to a queue with 3CX. Is it possible to do with this system?

If you host 3CX on your own system the Generic template will become available. If it will work we cannot know since this is not a supported device and we have not tested it. You are on your own after that.
