Inbound Call Journalling

I'm using 3CX and Zoho, and have set-up the integration, and outbound journaling is working fine, but inbound journalling is working. Any suggestions on how to debug? TIA

I found a thread and enabled the verbose debug log. Our inbound calls aren't pre-fixed +44 ie 07 but our outbound calls are prefixed +44 ie +447. Is there any way to address this in the set-up on 3CX.
