Hi,
Thank you for reply.
I registered siptrunk with one DID no like xxxxxxxx. which is also main trunk no. add ip and authentication details in required field and route calls to my first extension no 0000.

Also add inbound rules . where auto detected my DID no xxxxxxxxx. and route calls to my 1st extension 0000.

when I call from outside to xxxxxxx, ext 0000 not ringing and call just drooped.

In your inbound rule don't use complete number to be sure to have same format as provider send numbers so for example your DID is 0123456789 in rule put for example only *56789 almost your are sure the rule match the number receive in all format from trunk provider and forward the call according to the rule you created.

Hi, thank you so much for your response. I have also done the same. using DID no like *xxxxx. but its not work. :(

What does it show in the 3CX Activity Log, for an inbound call? Does the DID number match? Is there an error shown?

hi, nothing show about inbound call in activity log.. it shows while trying outbound calls and ext to ext calls log. :(

I had a similar problem and the problem was the format on my inbound rule did not match the format being sent by my SIP provider (Net2Phone). I set my DID using 10 digits (standard North American dialing pattern), however my SIP provider was sending 11 digits (1xxxxxxxxxx).

My DID no when I set any sip phone, inbound and outbound calls working with any sip phone. and even if there is a digit issue I check by putting * before number. also same DID no worked before in 3cx. I changed the server and that time also 3cx version upgraded. after that its not working. I think its 3cx latest version issue, coz I am reinstalliing using different server .. but problem same in all way.

If there is no log, for an inbound call, then the call is not reaching 3CX. Does the trunk show as registered Is that required for that particular trunk?) Does the Firewall test all pass? Have you asked your provider, what is happening at their end, when they attempt a call.... rejected, time-out?

hey, my sip trunk successfullly registered, green signal shows,
But now I run firewall where sip port 5060 not passed. but my ques is, if sip port not passed how my trunk registered and outbound call pass! what should I do for passing sip port in firewall? is that issue happen for this reason?

nothing!. just call ended.

Is the trunk actually set to register? What do you use for a firewall? Do you only use a router? Have you checked the forwarding in the router?

Do you have an access to manage your trunk on provider side ? if yes, can you check if there's not a transfert elsewhere for incoming calls

hi, I install 3cx in vmware. the host connected to router have not particular firewall rules. but 3cx firewall test not pass sip port. what should I need to to do in thia case.

also I don't have provider management access. but I am sure my DID number not occupied coz when I configure with another sip phone it working fine.
