I am showing the error for an inbound call (this is a call i placed from a separate phone to myself). I answered the call on our 3CX system, spoke, confirming the connection was made and then hung up the call. But in the activity log it is showing this error for the exact call i am referencing above. Why would it be giving me this error on a call that was successful?

Thanks

Do you have a webclient open on extesnion 100?

Yes, i believe i do on another desktop. But my extension is not the only one that is giving this same error (just the different extension). It seems like it doesn't matter which extension is called, even though the call goes through, it shows the error.
I have the desktop app loaded on my system and it is usually running, but again, only for extension 100.

This is normal when you have other endpoints open on extensions and answer a call from one of them. The messages you are referring to are the cancelation messages for the invite to the other endpoints (webclients in your case) since the calls were answered from another endpoint, such as the IP phone.

Understood. I am trying to trace what extension / sequence the customer is going through when the digital receptionist answers the line. (Do they press #1, then #4? Do they dial the extension directly etc). I don't see this in the activity log though. Where in the logs can i find the sequence they used to get to the noted extension in the log?

The logs for the IVR are under the IVR log. You will need to first set the system to verbose logging mode and then check the IVR log after replicating the issue.
