Inbound Caller ID problem

I am having a problem with the inbound caller ID,

Instead of just the number, I am receiving additional caller ID section such as my own number, and then there is a (V) sign in start example below

[V] Inbound caller number :My number (inbound caller Number)

I just need it as simple as the caller ID of inbound call

Can you tell me the call flow? Where is the call routing to as it arrives?

The [V] is "Verified" which is sent by your provider. You should contact them with regards to this.
