Inbound Caller ID

Australian caller here.

Trying to ensure Inbound Calls are stripped of their 614XX XXX XXX and display only as 04XX XXX XXX

Current caller ID inbound settings:
source: +61(.*)
replace: 0\1

Unfortunately, this is not working - perhaps it could be something to do with the: Caller Number/Name Field Mapping?

This is so our CRM can pick up on the friendly numbering as we do not store E164 numbers in our CRM.

I too would love to know how to do this. Right now it shows both. Seems daft?

Not a direct answer to your question, but I have been having problems with reformatting CID today and it ended up being easier to log into my SIP trunk provider's portal and use SIP header manipulation so the CID arrives in the desired format in the first place.

Of course that solution is limited to providers that enable you to do this... I've no idea about Breeze.
