When a caller calls the PHX.
Currently, they hear nothing until the auto attendant or extension picks up. If you transfer between extensions the caller hears nothing. on Elastix this was an option as to what the caller would hear and worked fine for us.
How do I select this, I just want the caller to hear ringing?
