inbound caller number to match with name in address book

Setup 3CX Free and was wondering if its possible to set the system to show the name of the inbound caller which has been added in the address book. I have tested this multiple times but it doesn't seem to work and I am wondering if its just a limitation on the Free version of 3CX?

So to be clear I was hoping to add people who call to our address book, mainly to ignore them lol.When they then call again there name would be identified from the address book

This is not possible with the 3CX Free.

You would need to move to a dedicated instance which has full access to the company phonebook, as well as allowing you to blacklist a number so you wouldn't even need to ignore them, the system itself will just deny them.

Oh ok thought so, I assume your referring to the professional version? We don't really need a super system for two users mind but ok thankyou
