Solved Inbound calls are being rejected!

Greeting. I am currently setup using the free 3CX hosted version and one Router phone (Yealink T54W0. I am using VOIP.ms for the SIP side.
Outbound calls seem to be working fine; however, inbound calls are being rejected according to support @ voip.ms by my pbx.

Here is what they said:

Unfortunately, your pbx is rejecting the incoming call with 407 PROXY AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED, see attached sip call chart flow. Try to contact your pbx support for more info.
SIP Call chart enclosed.
Looking for any help or guidance.

Did you read your pcap? Credentials are wrong. Did you used the correct template for voip.ms?

your pbx is rejecting the incoming call with 407 PROXY AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED

normal, a must have because you have to authenticate: in the 407 is a generated nonce which is needed to further encode the auth data which is send in the second INVITE

Good afternoon, bitn2 - I used the auto-configuration for the phone router phone. I am very new to this and have no idea what you mean by 'pcap' or what it means. I set up the SIP account at the same time as I set up the 3CX account. why would it work outbound but not inbound. I did not see or recall anything regarding the initial setup for outbound and inbound just SIP provider information. Lastly, I did not use a template for voip.ms as I didn't know that I needed one, I assumed the auto-configuation would take care of this, if it doeant then I apologize for my ignorance. Please explain it to me like I am a 5-year-old. This is my first setup using pbx and SIP

Thanks Gents.. I figured this out.. the password for some reason had changed or was missing on the voip.ms account. And I followed bitn2's recommendation on the voip.ms configuration sheet. Once again many thanks for the help, direction, and pointers. You are welcome to close this ticket.
