Hello everyone,

This morning our system automatically applied the latest update, and since then all inbound calls on our SIP trunks are disconnecting immediately.

The call logs show:

Ended by 5555555555 (5555555555)

The update: Version 20.0 Update 6 (Build 724 Release)
You're up to date.

Last updated: Today, 12:56 PM

Prior to today’s update, incoming calls were working normally. We have not modified any other configuration settings.

Observed behavior: All inbound calls end immediately with the above log entry

Troubleshooting performed:

Rebooted all affected servers and gateways (no change)

Verified SIP trunk registration and network connectivity

Has anyone experienced similar behavior following this update?

Thank you for your assistance.

Which SIP trunk provider are you using? Does it successfully register?

I would follow the call routing. Check if the call routes to an endpoint that is not registered? Check the activity log for any clues as to why calls are terminated.

Coincidentally, one of our public IP addresses was blacklisted immediately after the update, and that turned out to be the root cause of the issue.

All set, thank you!
