Unsupported Inbound calls not routed properly.

Hello all,

I am trying to integrated Yeastar TG800 with 3cx for inbound and outbound calls. The outbound calls is working as expected but inbound calls does not go to the desired extension.
There are two SIM cards on the TG800, inbound calls always get routed to the same extension and not to the desired extension. Any suggestion that will resolve this will be welcomed.

Routing will either follow the 3CX trunk destination, that you have set (each SIM being a trunk), or, you are using DID rules. If you are using DID rules, then the GSM gateway must be sending a usable DID number (something you set, or a default), and your rules must use the same number. Not having used this model, I do not know where this is set, of if the device is capable of doing this.

Check the 3CX Activity to see if something is currently being sent. The Activity Log will also help you troubleshoot why the calls currently go where they do.

Thanks for your response.

I have set trunks for each of the SIM card and also created different DID number for the trunks. Every seems alright from the TG800 logs but there are errors on 3cx activity logs. This is attached to the post.

Any suggestion will be helpful.

The calls to the extensions show them being terminated from (what I assume to be) the extensions IP. Are these all calls originating from the GSM Gateway? If so, then they seem to be routing correctly, but that something else is going on. You may want to set the Activity Log level to Verbose to see all information about one call.
