Dear Team

  • When we have Inbound Rules > Directly Map to extensions which is DID and UAN provided by ISP was working Fine.
  • When we have Inbound Rules > Directly Map to Queue which is both DID and UAN provided by ISP was working Fine.
  • When we have Inbound Rules > Directly Map to IVR (Digital Receptionist) which is UAN provided by ISP was Not Working.
Could you please advice I tested with alternate DID or UAN numbers configured in Inbound Rules by Directly Mapping to Extensions or Queue it was working Fine.
But when i created even Tested IVR for this test it was not working.

Thanks

You should run a wireshark capture and check the invite header to see what is being sent from your SIP provider and make sure that it matches your inbound rule. You may need to ask provider to change how they invite.

Hi @kieferschild

I check with ISP they said they was not receiving Ringing 180 or 183 session progress from our pbx.

I capture in 3cx below traffic between Patton > 3cx

I cannot see Media (RTP) during this call no response and this happens only when we have IVR in place
No issues with direct Mapping to 3cx extensions or 3cx Queue.

What model Patton are you using? The initial assumption, would have been, that you were using SIP trunks. Who is your provider, someone else may be using the same?
