We have an issue with inbound call routing on our Telerys sip trunk. Have spent quite a bit of time checking/testing but can't find any issue with our config.

We have 5 DIDs, each mapped to a call queue.

We were initially getting a 'Terminated by rule' error on inbound calls. The SIP trunk didn't have a default route (none of our trunks do and the others don't have any issue).

If we set the trunk default route to e.g. our main company ring group, inbound calls for all Telerys trunk DIDs now ring that main company ring group - despite each number being attached to a call queue.

To test the issue, I've mapped a number to my extension, which is online and available. The result is inbound calls to the number continue to ring the default route ring group, not the assigned extension. Testing all five numbers, set with routes to queues, ring groups, extension all result in the same, all inbound calls ring the default route.

Nothing in the event logs. Call logs correctly show test calls as terminated by the caller.

Other sip trunks, Twilio etc., and 20+ queue/ring groups all working fine.

Outbound Telerys calls route fine.

Running Version 20.0 Update 1 (Build 731 Release).

You should check the INVITE that your provider is sending, sounds like the problem is that its not sending the DDI format.

Is there any configuration for Blacklisted Numbers in the PBX?

It was an issue with Telerys, they've resolved their end and now all working.

I'm glad this is resolved ;)
