Inbound / Outbound SMS Thru Flowroute

DISCLAIMER - this is my FIRST SMS Setup.

1. I have Flowroute setup messaging enabled, and the SIP Truck in the 3cx config (PRO version on premise) with the Access and Secret Keys.
2. I have a Ring Group setup with a DID and the DID is in a 7 digit format. Ring group is 8012. Specifically the DID under the SIP trunk is configured as *7digit#
3. If I change the DID under the SIP Trunk to +110digit number i can initiate a SMS Message from one of the extensions in the Ring Group.
4. When i change that DID to the +110digit number it blows up the inbound calls (flowroute default message cannot be completed as dialed)
5. I cannot get inbound SMS to work and have looked everywhere for where to route the inbound SMS back to this ONE extension in the Ring Group.

WHAT am I missing. I am on version 18 update 6

Hello @netx1

Your DIDs must be added in the +E164 11 digit format (+1XxXXXXXXXX). Make sure you have added the trunk with the latest template included in your PBX.
This way both inbound and outbound SMS should work.
The inbound parameters in your trunk settings should look like this:

I have same setup and inbound SMS still not delivered.. DID assign to users through inbound rules.. DID are in +E164.. do I need to redo SIP setup using new template after v18u6?

I still cannot get inbound SMS to be delivered consistently
The SIP provider is showing web hook success but the end users are not receing them correctly

What do you mean by not receiving them correctly? They do not receive them at all or they receive some but do not receive others?
