Hi there!

I have a new 3CX 12.5 version. 4 PSTN lines through Patton Gateway. I created a digital receptionist.

Now I want all incoming calls go to this digital receptionist. I created an inbound rule.
At "Inbound Rule type" I selected "Caller ID number/mask" option.

My question is: how do I specify a number/mask pattern to match any call?

I tried to specify "*" but 3CX won’t let me to do that because it says is very dangerous.

Hope you can help me.

Thank you!

With PSTN trunks, all within the same group, I seem to recall that it was pretty a straight forward option (a check box) to send all calls to a specific destination, in your case, an DR. It is once you put in VoIP trunks and DIDs that inbound routing becomes a bit more complicated.

Oh, that's correct.

At VoIP/PSTN Gateways / Patton / extension#
At each option you can configure what to do. Now I just selected the option “Connect to Digital Receptionist”

I deleted the inbound rule I just created.

Thank you leejor! :D
