I have setup our SIP Trunk to have multiple DIDs. I have configured the Inbound Rule per each DID.
When I dial the direct DID the usual message, that subscriber you have dialed is not available issue occurs on the callers end.

I am south Africa based and our provider allocated us 10x DID numbers.

The number format assigned is as follow (sample number) 2710880XXXX

Sounds like a setup issue with your provider as you are getting a recorded message

If it was a 3cx setup issue, I very much doubt you would hear this message - call would not connect

Thanks I will ask them to confirm. The main number works 100% - it's only when I try to add additional DID's to the main number they fail to connect.

Check the activity log of the PBX to see if calls are hitting the PBX. Set it to verbose logging for more details.
The calls could be hitting 3CX and being rejected due to source identification issues and the provider is playing you an error message.

Cool - I enabled the verbose mode. Dang!!! there's a lot of info. I will need to go through the logs to try identify the errors. Not too sure what to look for but will give it a go :)

You can filter by call or by the trunks virtual extension number. If you have only one trunk that is usually 10000
That should narrow down your search. Just look for any signs that a call came into the system.

...and if you do see the call attempts, make sure that your DID rules match the incoming DID number exactly, or use a leading wildcard.
