Hello,

I have a Grandstream GXW-4104 Gateway for 4 POT Lines. The system is working correctly now, incoming calls go from the gxw4104 to the pbx. I am trying to create an inbound rule for line 4 on the gxw4104 all incoming calls on that line route to a specific extension and not the auto attendant. I can't seem to get it configured correctly.
If anyone else has experience with a gxw4104 and configuring an inbound rule?? Help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You!

Does line 4 have a different DID? Does the DID show up properly in the call logs?

3CX's instructions work great. Is your GXW4104 configured following these instructions? https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/grandstream-fxo/ if so step 6 shows how to configure the inbound rules. Make sure to use the leading 0's in the rule.

Yes. Line 4 has a different did number from the other 3 lines. and Yes it does show up in the call log when I call into that line.

Then your inbound rule, must match the DID number (this is a number you programmed into the gateway), sent by the Grandstream
