Hello! I have 2 GOIP gateways connected to 3CX. However only the first is working on inbound rules and the second is not. Please help.

Hi @Wael,

When you say the second inbound rule is not working, do you mean it's not matching and is following the default route instead? How have you set up your inbound rules?

If I called the first trunk (DBL GOIP) everything works fine, but when I call (DBL GOIP 2), it transfers to default 06 route.

In the image you attached it shows DBL GOIP 2 should transfer to the 06 route, is there another 06 route? From what I see, it should route to the same as DBL GOIP routes to. It should only go to the default route if the DID rule is not matched.

But the custom inbound rules above are not working, Like VIP numbers should transfer to EXT 44 however it is only working if they call DBL GOIP if they call DBL GOIP 2 they get routed to EXT 06

I see, that makes more sense. You'll need 2 CID rules per VIP number, one for each trunk.

So let's say VIP number 1 should go to ext 44 for DBL GOIP & DBL GOIP 2, you'll need 1 CID rule with VIP number 1 as you already have it, pointing to ext 44, then another that is exactly the same but this time for the DBL GOIP 2 trunk.
