I have 5 did's and 5 trunks
connected dids to specific trunk
i have set inbound rules for did's to call queues
problem is what i ever i try when i call a did the wrong call queue is used (always the same)
(this is valid for all did's)
i can set inbound rule for the did to go to voicemail but it still activate the wrong queue
it looks like that the inbound rules are passed
Any ideas?

Hello @relact

That means that the PBX cannot match the incoming call to the correct trunk and the correct Inbound rule. You need to look at the Activity log and find the Invite that is coming from the provider. Look for your number in the Invite and see what format the provider is using to send the call to the PBX.
For example the provider may be sending your number as +44123456789 and you have added them to your PBX as 0123456789.
You need to match the format the provider is using with the one you are using. Alternatively you can format your numbers with a wildcard to match all formats. for example *23456789

Thanks

(changed the setup to ringgroups, but same problem)

im calling with my mobile 0642129XXX to 0182522XXX
i can find in the log this provider info:

12/04/2019 2:59:54 PM - [CM505003]: Provider:[0182514689] Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched; Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [srv-ams3-sip-107] PBX contact: [sip:[email protected]:5060]

i dont understand where provider 0182514XXX is coming from.

this is complete log
thanks for the help

Your provider is sending the number in the international format so you should also format your numbers the same way.
Try it and let us know how it goes.
Also please be careful what you post on the forum. Try to avoid posting public IP's and numbers as these are visible to everyone.

Thanks for your help.
as far as i know all the numbers are in the 31182xxxx format

I assume this is set in the trunk/ / dids tab?

Yes the numbers are listed under the DIDs tab in the trunk settings.

Are you using the default Motto template? Also are the numbers unique in each trunk or is every number listed under every trunk?

each trunk has 1 number and i think im using the default template. how can i check?

Go to trunk settings / Inbound parameters and check if Source Identification is enabled. If it is it should look like this:
13373

Since you have multiple trunks you need to also enable the option "Use both "Call Source Identification..."" at the bottom.
What this does is force the PBX to check both the DID and the call source identification settings.

Warning: When enabling this option the PBX will reject all incoming calls that do not match the 2 requirements. So if you have wrong formatted DIDs or DIDs that are not added in the system those will be rejected. You will need to enable this under all trunks.

Yes! thats it.
i enabled Call Source Identification on all 5 trunks and now its using the correct call queue.
Thank yo so much for the help. You're the here of the day!

Glad i could help :)
