Hello

I have a SIP trunk with multiple DID's. Those DID's should route to different extensions. Pretty basic, but I cannot get it to work. I tried it with inbound DID rules. But those are totally ignored.

The four DID end with the 2 last digits different from eachother. 23, 25, 30 and 38 as last digits.

I figured I might misconfigured my DID's in some way. (But all incoming calls DO work, but they are routed to the Extension as specified in the 'Route calls to' section of the general tab on the SIP trunk.

I also tried a CID rule, with as mask *38 (to get all numbers, ending in 38, which is 1 DID) and route that, but that doesn't change the behaviour, everything is still routed to the main extension.

Any ideas, insights? This is the last hurdle I have to take with 3CX, everything else works perfectly!

Thanks

Check the activity log, and see what numbers are being passed from your telecom provider to 3CX.
You may find the DDI numbers are not being passed, just the main number in which cause you need to contact your provider.

Adjust your DDI according to what you are seeing in the activity log -

Works perfectly, thanks man. My SIP provider (a reseller) told me to use 0032.... as DID. But my trunk is sending 32....

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread.
