Hi, I hope someone can assist me with this very strange problem I have.
I recently upgraded a client's system to V18. The client has 4 trunks from the same provider with 4 different numbers.
The client has just opened an outbound call centre and does not wish to receive calls back on the trunk the call centre uses, I've been pulling out my hair trying to fix this. Even with all the relevant rules created and options deselected all the calls still get routed to the operator rather than just terminating. This is what I've done already.
1) I have already created an inbound rule to end the call during and out of office hours.
2) I have deselected allow inbound calls on that particular trunk.
3) I've restarted all the services
4) I've deleted and re-configured the trunk, with no luck.
Has anyone come across this problem?
