Solved Inbound SMS NOT working with Twilio

We are using Twilio in the backend, appears that the inbound SMS isn't working. Twilio shows that the SMS is delivered but it doesn't end up in 3cx, any idea what might be happening?

I even bought a new number to eliminate possibilities of any issues with the number. Please see attached all the screenshots of settings

Regarding your question, what number have you specified as the DID number for SMS? Is it in E164 format, for example, +123456789

yes it is in E164 format. You meant in the SMS setting page right? Or somewhere else? See attached

So, and to be clear, do the inbound messages from your mobile reach Twilio?

Yes thats correct. Thats what the twilio status says, I have other numbers in twilio connected to other services, no issues in in coming messages for other numbers.

Tried with different mobile numbers as well as two different twilio numbers. Same results

Resolved - simple & dumb mistake, there was a space between digits in the inbound field. Apparently if there are any spaces (+1 333 456 7890) the messages get dropped. I see that it should be fixed to strip the spaces if it exists. We know that it is a common practice to write / copy paste numbers with these spaces.
