Inbound SMS not working

Self-Hosted Version Number 18.0 (Build 939) using Flowroute has one phone number with Digital Receptionists being used. We use the same number for Voice and Text. I can not find any guides to setup routing for SMS messages coming in. Have the webhook and everything set up on flowroute. I can send messages but no messages are coming into 3CX. Flowroute does show messages going to 3CX.

Using the web admin (new) console, you can configure where SMS goes to

I'm self-hosted, and my screen and menu options are different. I don't have an option tab under Digital Receptionists

I'm also self hosted. Doesn't change this at all.

You're looking at the management console still. You need to look at the webadmin console as that's the only place this option exists.
It's the admin gear in the webclient.
