Incoming call, contact opens in Outlook

Hello everyone,

In the 3CX V18 version there was an option for individual users to enable Outlook integration, so that when a call came in, the Outlook tab would automatically open with the caller's number.

With the V20 version, I can no longer find this option.
In the past it was sufficient to go into the user profile, go under Options and enable it from there.

Does anyone know where this setting is now (or if it has been removed)?

Does this mean the 3CXPlugins15 for the 3CXPhoneSystem16?
If not, please share a screenshot where this can be enabled in a v18 3CXDesktopApp.

For versions 15 and 16, there was a plugin to install. For version 18, I can't take a screenshot because I recently upgraded to version 20.

That's very old and not supported anymore.

We've developed an integration between Google Workspace and 3CX. Upon an incoming call, a window opens offering links to:
- Gmail, filtered to those related to the caller
- Google Calendar, filtered to appointments with the caller
- Google Drive, opens the caller's Drive folder
and many other features.
We plan to develop the same application for Office 365 in the near future.
