incoming call overruling the internet radio

Maybe a bizar question but everything to make the client happy.

Client is listening to internet radio on his pc.
Sound is heard in his headset.
When there is an incoming call he wants the playing internet radio to be silent.
Is that even possible?

Or is that possible if he uses other speakers for the internet radio and the headset only for the incoming calls?
